VUNO to launch AI-backed dementia detecting device at AAIC 2024 in US

Korean medical AI company VUNO said that it will participate in the Alzheimer’s Association International Conference (AAIC) and officially launch its AI-based brain imaging analysis medical device, VUNO Med-DeepBrain, in the U.S. market. This year’s AAIC, an international forum for the dementia research community, will be held from July 28 to Aug 1 in Philadelphia, U.S. VUNO Med-DeepBrain, certified by the U.S. FDA last October, analyzes brain MRI images using deep learning to divide the brain into over 100 regions and provides quantified information on the degree of atrophy in each area within one minute.
