WPI Researchers Using AI to Predict Alzheimer's

New research is using AI to analyze brain scans in hopes of detecting it earlier and improving treatment. "Early on, I didn't assume that I had Alzheimer's. I just kind of knew that, you know, maybe it's just normal aging," said Marc Ehrlich, an Alzheimer's patient and advocate. For Ehrlich, what started off as mild cognitive impairment ultimately turned into an official Alzheimer's diagnosis at 64 years old.
